1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RigVerified platform (rigverified.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RigVerified is an independent lead generation and referral platform. We connect commercial motor carriers with third-party service providers (insurance, fuel cards, factoring, etc.) based on the services carriers request. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, lender, or service provider. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, quote, or approval from any provider. RigVerified is not affiliated with the FMCSA or any government agency.

3. No Government Affiliation

RigVerified is a private, independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), or any federal, state, or local government agency. Some data displayed on our platform is sourced from publicly available federal records.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting any form on our platform, you expressly consent to be contacted by RigVerified and its network of partner providers via phone, text (SMS), and email regarding the services you selected. This consent applies even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by visiting our unsubscribe page or emailing hello@rigverified.com.

5. Lead Sharing Policy

RigVerified connects carriers with carefully selected providers based on the services requested. To reduce spam and improve service quality, we limit provider sharing within each service category. Your contact information will not be sold to multiple competing providers within the same industry vertical.

6. Data Subscriptions (RigVerified Data)

Subscribers to RigVerified Data agree to the following additional terms:

  • Data is sourced from publicly available FMCSA federal records and is provided for lawful sales and marketing purposes only.
  • Data is not scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this data complies with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-specific regulations.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Resale or redistribution of data is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

RigVerified makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or referral. All services are provided "as is." We are not responsible for the actions, quotes, or services provided by any third-party provider in our network.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigVerified shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or any provider referral, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
